Boutique pickups for electric guitars and basses

Growl Pickups is the boutique pickup brand that I created with luthier Godefroy Maruejouls.

I started winding my pickups around the same time I began building my first guitars because, being a bit lost in the multitude of brands and models, I wanted to understand their operation better and the influence of different parameters on the sound. Then, I got hooked… The interest in making my own pickups also became apparent during the development of my compact foldable models, where I had to find pickup shapes that fit into my guitars.

Godefroy was also winding his pickups, and we decided to combine our ears and knowledge to develop a limited range of pickups for guitars and basses that we offer on our own instruments, as well as for replacements in any other instrument.
